Type 1

• Az if -es tagmondatban egyszerű jelen idő van (ige/ige+s, don't/doesn't +ige)

• A másik tagmondatban will + ige, won't + ige, Will .... ige?

• If it rains, I will stay inside.

• If I have time, I will go to the cinema.

• Will you go out if you don't feel well?

Type 2

• Itt is két tagmondat van, az if -es és a másik

• az if-es-ben múlt idő van (ige 2. alakja, didn't + ige 1. alakja)

• a másik tagmondatban would + ige, wouldn't + ige, Would ... ige?

• If it rained, I wouldn't go outside.

• If I had time, I would go to the cinema.

• Would you go out, if you didn't feel well?

A tagmondatok tetszőlegesen felcserélhetőek, DE ....

• a szabályokat tartani kell!!!

• Figyelni kell, hogy melyik tagmondatban van az if, elől vagy hátul, az határoz meg mindent!

• Onnan tudod, hogy Type 1 vagy 2 -t kell -e használni, hogy tudod, mit akarsz mondani!

Type 1, amikor jövő időre utalok:

• Ha nem fog esni, ki fogok menni. = If it doesn't rain, I will go outside.

• Ki fogok menni, ha nem esik. = I will go outside, if it doesn't rain.

Type 2, ha jelen időre utalok:

• Ha nem esne, kimennék. = If it didn't rain, I would go outside.

• Kimennék, ha nem esne. = I would go outside, if it didn't rain.
