Training refers to a systematic setup where employees are instructed and taught matters of technical knowledge related to their jobs.

Training improves the quantity and quality of the workforce. It increases the skills and knowledge base of the employees.

Training, sometimes informal, conducted while an employee is at work.
Most of the IT engineer, software developer, salesperson are trained on job.

Training conducted in a controlled environment away from the work site.
It can be any job which have specific training center.

Training using the same equipment, but in a simulated environment.
