The first meal of the day is breakfast. The traditional English breakfast is called Full Breakfast and it is a cooked meal which nowadays is mainly eaten in British hotels and cafés. It consists of eggs, bacon, sausages, fried bread, mushrooms, baked beans and tomatoes, with toast and a cup of coffee.
