2

How to solve

  • Get absolute value by itself

  • If equal to a negative the answer is no solution

  • If not get rid of absolute value by separating into two two equations

  • Solve equations like usual

3

Example:

 x+3=5\left|x+3\right|=5

4

Example:

 2x+1=10-2\left|x+1\right|=10

5

Example:

 32x+1+4 =1-3\left|2x+1\right|+4\ =1
