PBL

• 5th grade review activity on comparing and ordering decimals

In this example, Mrs. Garner had her students research various US regions along with their average gas prices. Students were then to use what they learned and then apply their math TEKS to answer the question.

5.2B compare and order two decimals to thousandths and represent comparisons using the symbols >, <, or =; and

5.2C round decimals to tenths or hundredths
