  • India is also rich in its flora. it has approximately 90,000 animal species.

  • the country has about 2,000 species of birds.they constitute 13% of the world's stock.

WILDLIFE CONSERVATION

  • In order to preserve the world, we need to focus on the conservation of the flora and fauna of the world.

  • With the loss of trees and by deforestation, there has been an immense loss of natural habitat of the wild animals.

  • Many of the species are standing on the verge of being extinct.

  • Poaching and hunting of the wild animals have also led to the destruction.
