Ratatullie White is a plump rat, who believes that this fat always keeps him warm. He is bald, unlike his parents! He also has bug-teeth protruding out of his mouth.

Ratty is the jolliest toy in Toy Hall. He is a very sociable toy, and is very friendly to others. However, he can get very lazy, so lzy that by the time he wakes up, the sun is already setting!
