It is important for us because

Sports are a crucial part of everyone's growth and development. They help in the development of mental health and physical fitness of the body. Through participation in sports and games, a person gains various skills, experience, and confidence that are helpful for developing their personality. They also gain the qualities of leadership, sharing, team spirit, and tolerance. They also learn to be more disciplined and become more systematic in their day to day life.

Types of Sports
