We use the present simple when we want to talk about habits or general facts.

• Time expressions:

• every day(week,month,year), always, sometime, usually, once a...seldom, often.....

Rules:

He,She,It- you add "_s" to the verb.

for example:

He plays Tennis twice a week.

She meets her friend every monday.

We ,they ,I,you- you don't add anything. the verb stays in basic form.

for example:

They eat dinner together twice a week.
