Sense Organs

The sense organs are the body organs by which humans are able to see, smell, hear, taste, and touch or feel. The five sense organs are the eyes (for seeing), nose (for smelling), ears (for hearing), tongue (for tasting), and skin (for touching or feeling).

Sensory Areas of the Brain

The brain controls all activities in the body. Each sense organ takes information from the environment and sends them along different nerves to the brain. The brain interprets the information and tells the body how to respond.
