Information from Source

Let's look together at the information I found from my internet search.

What does this tell me?

This source tells me information about the habitat and number of the remaining Asiatic lions in the world. I'll want to add it to my notes. When I write my story about lions, I may want to include information about the lions of Gir National Park.

To give the author credit for the number of Asiatic lions that remain in the world and where they live, I'll write the author's exact words in my notes and enclose the words in quotation marks so that I know this is a direct quote.
