CENTRAL TENDENCY

The central tendency is one of the most quintessential concepts in statistics.

Although it does not provide information regarding the individual values in the data set, it delivers a comprehensive summary of the whole dataset.

The sum of all the numbers in the data set divided by the number of elements.

MEAN

The element in the middle of the data set after it’s arranged in order.

Median

The value that occurs most frequently in the data set.

Mode
