Yes but what does Sustainability mean??

Sustainability is the ability to exist constantly.

Today we will take a look at the first R... Reuse.

What does Reuse mean??

REUSE

To reuse an item simply means to make use of an item more than once. Usually we use the item differently or for a new purpose.

For example tin cans that once had baked beans or peas can be washed, dried and used as a pencil holder.

Can YOU think of other examples?? Yes?? Great!

PROJECT TIME

Look around your home and find one item that you can reuse for a different purpose like the example given. You can decorate the item as you please. Make it pretty or sparkly even. When you are finished take a picture and send it to [e-mail].
