The solution of a linear inequality in two variables is all ordered pairs (x, y) that make the inequality true.

The solution of a linear equality in 2 variables can be seen as the shaded region on a graph that represents the infinitely many solutions.

A system of linear inequalities is made up of two or more linear inequalities.

Look at the solutions of each inequality separately. Then find points that are solutions to both inequalities. The solution is the double-shaded section of the graph!
