Kindness is a type of behavior marked by acts of generosity, consideration, or concern for others, without expecting praise or reward. Kindness was one of the main topics in the Bible

How do you live with kindness?

Make your greetings genuine; really ask someone how their day is going and mean it, even if you're both in a hurry. You don't have to tell strangers your life story, but making eye contact, projecting affection and making a true human connection with people is invaluable. Especially if you don't feel like it.
