Interrogative Adverbs

Adverbs that are used to ask questions are known as interrogative adverbs.

Examples:

• a. Why did you not report the accident to the police?

• b. When do you think you will finish reading this book?

• c. How hard is it raining now?

• d. Mother, where are my socks? asked Vinit.

• e, How many people turned up to listen to the minister's speech?

• f. Why do some tigers become man-eaters?
