HAVE TO (HAS TO) обозначает действие, которое необходимо выполнить.
DON`T HAVE TO обозначает не обязан выполнять действие
NEEDN`T обозначает действие, которое не нужно/ нельзя выполнять.
У have to и must отличается степень категоричности. Если must выражает приказ или строгие обязательства, то have to означает вынужденность.
I have to go — Я должен уйти / мне нужно уйти (есть обстоятельства, которые вынуждают уйти)
I must go — Я должен идти (необходимость, долг)
