Complete your introduction section of your outline.
If you choose not to complete your outline, complete your introductory paragraph in Microsoft Word or on a separate sheet of paper.

Now, you should complete the Body Paragraph 1 and Body Paragraph 2 portions of the outline or your rough draft in Microsoft Word/on paper. 15 minutes and counting.

Honestly, your counter-claim should only take about five minutes, as well.
Think of the first argument someone would use if they were on the other side of the issue.
For instance, if I say coca-cola pollutes the ocean, someone might say "Well, they've been making efforts to be better"
I need to find evidence showing that it isn't enough somehow, or that the damange is irreversible.
Do the same thing! You got this.
