On the front side of the body, you have the deltoid & Pectoralis. On the arms, there are the biceps & finger flexors. Going down the body, you have the Abdominals & the obliques. On the legs, you have the quadriceps. On the back, you have the Trapezius, Triceps and latissimus Dorsi. On the arm, you have the Finger extensors. Going down the body you have the Gluteus Maximus (Glutes). And, you also have the Hamstrings, gastrocnemius and Soleus.
