"Who" & "Whom"

"Whom" is the object of "Who". It shows up after a preposition. Usually it's not used in conversations.

Who is the most used pronoun, the one that does the action.

Formal

"What" it is used for general situations

"Which" is only used when there's a limited number of choices.
