The banker with the red face nervously counted the money. (the noun, banker, is being modified)
Those by the door are packaged and ready to ship. (the pronoun, those, is being modified)
We raced toward the door when the bell rang. (the verb, raced, is being modified)
I am very energetic without drinking coffee or tea. (the adjective, energetic, is being modified)
I walked carefully near the fragile house of cards. (the adverb, carefully, is being modified).
