kalau 'am, is, are being' kita guna kalau nak bagitau benda yang sedang berlaku sekarang. jadi ia digunakan untuk present continuous and NOT NOT NOT PRESENT SIMPLE.
for example,
My friends are being unreasonable (sekarang, kawan2 saya tidak masuk akal)
OR
I am being helpful. (sekarang, saya sedang menjadi seorang yang membantu)
