When you finish the video do the exercise

Practice Hammer ons

starting on string 6 open do a hammer on from open to 1st fret, 1st fret to 2nd fret, 2nd fret to 3rd fret, 3rd fret to fourth fret.

Do this for every string

Hammer Ons and Pull offs

Starting on String 6 open do hammer ons for the ascending scale and then do pull offs for the descending scale
