  • Introduction: Give the reader context. Why are you writing to them? How do you know them? How will this affect the three different people that you spoke about (employees, boss, company)

  • Body paragraphs; talk about how the decision that you disagree with or agree with will effect the three stakeholders (employee, boss, company)

  • Conclusion: wrap it up what do you agree or disagree with in the prompt. What reasons did you give for agreeing or disagreeing with the prompt? How will this effect everyone you have talked about?
