Sport rules

The size court is

40m x 20m with extra 10% around the outsides

Game is made up three 20 minutes periods with 10 minutes breaks between them

Each time has got six players, including the goalkeeper

You can only use your foot to pass the ball to your stick, not to another player or goalkeeper

• Just ONE touch

You cannot lift your stick above your waist

You cannot push another player

Goalkeeper can touch the ball with any part of his body
