What is Work Ethic?

• It is how an employee (the worker) show their employer (boss) that they are worth their paycheck

Good work ethic includes:

• 1. Trustworthy - able to be relied on as honest or truthful.

• 2. Reliable -can be trusted or believed because he, she, or it works or behaves well in the way you expect

• 3. Punctual - arriving, doing something, or happening at the expected, correct time; not late

• 4. Accountable - subject to giving an account

• 5. Motivated - a strong desire to do well or succeed

• 6. Consistent - showing steady conformity to character (stays the same)

• 7. Initiative - the power or opportunity to act or take charge before others do

• 8. Respectful - giving particular attention or honor

• 9. Responsible - able to be trusted to do what is right or to do the things that are expected or required

• 10. Honesty - being fair and truthful

• 11. Integrity - doing the right thing even when it's hard or when no one is looking

• 12. Teamwork - work done by people who work together 

• 13. Conflict Resolution - finding an answer or solution to a conflict, problem
