You can be outside or at a gym where there is lot's of space to do your activities.You can also do it at a park!

 The 7-Minute Workout is not a fitness program, it's a tool To get the most out of it, use it that way. Yeah, the 7-Minute Workout does work your cardiovascular system, but you still need to do other types of workouts, like moderate-intensity cardio, to train your body in other ways.

  • Try one new workout every month. Keeping the same exact routine when it comes to your fitness is never a good thing.

  • Do something active every week that calms you
