Too discuss what is in someone’s bedroom, you can ask:
¿Qué hay en tu habitación? - What is there in your bedroom?
Answer by saying: En mi habitación hay... - In my bedroom there is...

En mi habitación hay un escritorio, una cama y un armario. In my room there is a desk, a bed and a closet.
En mi habitación hay una lámpara y una cómoda para mi ropa. In my room there is a lamp and chest of drawers for my clothes.

To say something is not in your room, use the phrase No hay - there is no
Remember, you don’t use the indefinite article un/una with no hay...
For example:
En mi habitación no hay televisión - In my bedroom there is no television.

Describing your room in more detail
Mi habitación es pequeña pero cómoda - My bedroom is small but comfortable.
Mi habitación es desordenada - My bedroom is messy.

Describing your room in more detail
In Spanish, adjectives go after nouns and they must agree with the word they are describing. With the exception of some adjectives that end with the letter 'e'.
En mi habitación hay una cama pequeña y una mesa desordenada - In my room there is a big bed and a messy table.
Tengo una cama grande y un armario verde - I have a big bed and a green closet.

Describing your room in more detail
If you share your bedroom, you can use the verb compartir.
For example:
Comparto mi habitación con mi hermano - I share my room with my brother.

Saying where things are in your room
To say where items are located use prepositions.
Prepositions are words and phrases like ‘under’ and ‘next to’. They tell you where something is.
For example:
La cama está al lado de la puerta - The bed is next to the door.

on top of - encima de
Under - debajo de
to the left of - a la izquierda de
to the right of - al la derecha de
in front of - delante de
Behind - detrás de

Opposite - enfrente de
Between - entre
Sobre - on/over
Lejos de - far from
Cerca de - near/close to

Many prepositions need to be followed by de which will need to be contracted to del if followed by el.
de + el = del
de + la = de la
For example:
La mesa está a la derecha del armario - The table is to the right of the wardrobe.
La lámpara está a la izquierda de la cama - The lamp is to the left of the bed.
