Introduction

Colonial times made many spanish writers to be interested in New Spain.


There were many famous writes that were eager to come to New Spain, as a matter of fact, Miguel de Cervantes asked the crown several times for permission, San Juan de la Cruz was preparing to come when he died abruptly, Juan de la Cueva, Tirso de Molina and Eugenio Salazar came here to spend some years of his life.
