Theme and Design

To choose a theme for your power point background, go to the panel (menu) and choose DESIGN. This will give all your slides the same look.

You can also choose the colour of the text, font, line and fill effects from the theme tab.

To add in a new slide, click NEW SLIDE

To insert a picture or clip art, click insert in the tab, then choose pictures.

To add special effects (TRANSITIONS), choose the transitions tab.

Transitions can be used as a special effect to introduce a slide in a slide show.

To add animation (zoom in, fly, fade etc) click on the sentence or image and choose the animation tab. Choose your animation.

Slide Layout and Delete

This determines how all the elements on the slide are arranged, including text, videos, images and content placeholders.

To delete a slide or content, choose what you want to delete, click the image and click delete on your keyboard.
