• Η ενεργητική δηλώνει πως το αντικείμενο κάνει μια ενέργεια

• Η παθητική δηλώνει πως το αντικείμενο παθαίνει κάτι

ΜΕΤΑΤΡΟΠΗ  ΕΝΕΡΓΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΦΩΝΗΣ ΣΕ ΠΑΘΗΤΙΚΗ

Για να μετατρέψουμε μια πρόταση από ενεργητική σε παθητική φωνή βάζουμε το ρήμα be στον ίδιο χρόνο με αυτόν της ενεργητικής πρότασης και προσθέτουμε την past participle, δηλ. αν είναι ομαλό βάζουμε την κατάληξη –ed  και αν είναι ανώμαλο βάζουμε την τρίτη στήλη)
