Angle Addition Postulate

• Part + Part = Whole

• If an angle is bisected, it is cut exactly into 2 equal halves

Complementary Angles

• Angles that add to be 90 degrees

• Look for the square in the corner to tell you it is 90

Supplementary Angles

• Angles add to be 180 degrees

• Form a straight line

Vertical Angles

• Angles across from each other are equal

• <1 = <2 <3 = <4

• Angles next to each other are supplementary

• <1 + <3 = 180

• <2 + <4 = 180
