Vibrations

• Vibrations are a trembling motion caused from moving something back and forth.

• Vibrations can be transferred from one material to another causing that material to vibrate.

Pitch

• The pitch of a sound is how higer or low is it.

• There several physical properties of the vibrating material that affect the pitch of the sound.

Volume

• Volume is the loudness or softness of a sound.

• The longer the vibration of the object,the quiter the volume of the sound

Pitch:Thickness

• A thicker object will make a lower pitch than a thinner object
