SER - to be
We have used ser to tell what people/things are normally like:
Mi amigo es joven. (used ser - My friend is young.)

ESTAR (to be) is used with adjectives to describe mental or physical conditions.
Está muy cansado.
(Used estar - He is very tired.)

SENTIRSE - to feel
e --> ie stem changing, REFLEXIVE verb
Like estar, sentirse can be used with mental or physical states.

Por ejemplo:
Se siente muy cansado. He feels very tired.
No se sienten bien. They don't feel well.

Estar and sentirse are
INTERCHANGEABLE!

the adjectives used with estar and sentirse MUST agree in number and gender!
