Simple Future Tense

used to show an action that is going to take place in the future.

For example:

1. I shall return this books next Tuesday.

2. We shall return the books next Tuesday.

3. You will return the books next Tuesday.

4. Ernest and Terrence will return the books next Tuesday.

5. It will rest on the chair later.

"Going to" Form

used to talk about a future action which we have decided to do.

For example:

1. I am going to wash the car tomorrow.

2. You are going to wash the car tomorrow.

3. They are going to wash the car tomorrow.

4. He is going to wash the car tomorrow.

5. It is going to drink milk soon.
