When we are trustworthy, our relationships are different than if we aren’t. This is especially true with parents. Use the Plus/Delta Chart to list the possible outcomes of being considered trustworthy or not trustworthy.

Synergy is taking my best ideas, your best ideas, and creating a better idea. Trust is such an important part of synergy. If we are trustworthy, others are more willing to work with us.
