defines synergy as the result of people working together to achieve more. Synergizing is two people bringing their best ideas and then creating new ideas together (1 + 1 = 3 or more). Sounds great, right? But what if there is a lack of trust? Without trust, synergy is not possible and relationships suffer

When we are trustworthy, our relationships are different than if we aren’t. This is especially true with parents. Use the Plus/Delta Chart to list the possible outcomes of being considered trustworthy or not trustworthy.

Synergy is taking my best ideas, your best ideas, and creating a better idea. Trust is such an important part of synergy. If we are trustworthy, others are more willing to work with us.
