  • pronoun that replaces a noun used either as a direct object, indirect object, or object of the preposition,

  • the pronouns it and you stay the same whether they are to be used as subject or object pronoun.

  • Ex. It is a black cat that she is most afraid of. (used as a subject pronoun).

  • I have nothing against the black cat, except that I am allergic to it. (used as an object pronoun)
