Bar Graphs

Numerical values of variables that are represented by the height or length of lines or rectangles of equal width.

A type of graphic display used to compare frequency counts within categories or groups.


Usually includes a form of number line to display the data.

A graphical display where the data is grouped into ranges (such as "100 to 149", "150 to 199", etc), and then plotted as bars.


Usually best used with a large amount of data.
