I believe that it is the most magical book of the entire series.

He has a nasty cousin(Dudley) Who behaves badly with him badly with him . things entirely change when Harry receives a mysterious letter from the Hogwarts school of magic inviting him to study with them because he is a born wizard in the course of the book .
