STAGE 1 : THE LEARNING STATE

OBJECTIVE: To optimize our students` learning abilities, help them remain concentrated and get rid of their stress

STAGE 2 : SETTING THE GOAL OF THE DAY

OBJECTIVE: To help our students set an attainable goal for the day

‘’What is your goal for today? What is that you wish to achieve? WHY? Your goal should entail only your involvement. What are you going to win if you achieve it? Visualize yourself making it happen. When you visualize, then you materialize.

         Timely

STAGE 3 :CHAIN OF EXCELLENCE

OBJECTIVE: To help our students change their breathing, their state and in turn change their performance.

STAGE 4 : CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE

OBJECTIVE: To empower our students

“Draw a circle ( using your imagination) on the floor in front of you. It must be large enough to step into when you are ready. Within that circle imagine every good thing about you. Take every good deed, every goal achieved, every strength and talent you`ve got, and place it in this circle

CHAIN OF EXCELLENCE

Imagine the colors, shapes, sounds, fragrances, and feelings that are inside this circle. Now step inside your circle of excellence. Take a deep breath and feel the positive vibrations. Enjoy the wonderful colors, the light the sounds the feelings! Enjoy it for a while, it`s your circle of excellence!

 And when you have finished “pick up” your circle of excellence, fold it, and put it in your pocket. Whenever you need it you can take it out, toss it on the floor and step into it. It`s all yours”.

All four stages can precede the beginning of a meeting or STAGE 4 can complete it. During the meeting, we use Classroom Management Anchors like Power Spots, Class -OK, etc.
