Remember the passive is a GRAMMATICAL FORM which expresses formality and is commonly used in Academic Writing.

What matters the most in a

Passive structure?

The object takes the first place, and the who goes secondly.

Birds were realeased by the employees.

Birds = Object

Released= verb in participle

Employees = subject
