What is a Dependent Clause?
a group of words with a subject and a verb. It does not express a complete thought so it is not a sentence and can't stand alone.
There are two types of dependent clauses:
Adverb Clause
Adjective Clause

begin with a relative pronoun
relative pronoun + verb + subject complement/direct object = dependent clause!
