Coaches' sample Monday Schedule

  • 6:30 -7:30 am Wake-up, wash up, get dressed, walk dog, get Baby ready for the day, drop daughter off at Sister's house (brings Jordan to School)

  • 7:30-8:30 commute to work(most days train, some days drive in, about same commute)

  • 8:30 am - 10 am Workout Lifting, boxing, etc.

  • 10:00 - 11:00 Work (supervising, setting up PE/Health)

  • 11:00 - 12:00 PM Lunch but also still working at the same time

  • 12:00 - 1:00 pm Working on lesson plans and Putting together Practice for Basketball team

  • 1:00 - 2:00 PM Teaching

I would Like you to map out your Day like I did for myself, just a sample... Use yesterday. Start with The time you woke up and list the things you dedicated that time to until you went to bed. Be honest . If you notice about my day, There was 1-2 hour unaccounted for after adding up my Rocks, and pebbles, so that was time that was not ddicated to Family, Making myself better/happier, or work. That is wasted time.
