Tenses and times
Tense, it's the conjugation of the verbs.
Time it's a gramatical concept

Simple and continuos
The sentence must not have ING
Example: She goes to the cinema.
I bought /bɔːt/ a t-shirt.
They will travel around the world.

Continuos tenses
They have the verb to be, before the main verb, which has -ING in it
The main verb has to contain or have -ING
I'm going to the supermarket.
He was playing football.
We were buying a car.
She will be drinking a coffee.

Perfect and imperfect
They have the verb have/has before the main verb. Which has to be in the third column.
They have been it's for the present perfect continuous, that's why you don't have to put it in the third column.
She has gone to Brazil three times since 2015.
We had played the piano with my brother two times (Twice) a week when I had four years.
We had played the piano with my brother two times (Twice) a week since 2006.
We will have eaten a cake before the party ends.
