Future tenses

There are four ways to refer to future arrangements, can you tell us some of them?

Future simple

• We use it mostly to talk about things that are (probably) going to happen sometime in the future.

• Will: Used for things that might happen, or spontaneous thoughts.

• Going to: Used for things that are likely to happen.

• Present continuous (verb+ing): Used for things are planned to happen.

• Present simple (verb in base form): Used for events that are scheduled.
