Japan

Unlike the Koreans, the Japanese decorated their loose, one-piece robes with designs of flowers, cherries, and birds. There are plenty of outlines on their kimono as influenced by the Classical Han Chinese attire. The style of the kimono varies according to seasons. Fabrics made of cotton and rayon are preferred for kimonos.
