🟢GOAL - target to achieve
🟠ROLE- the identity needed to achieve the GOAL.
🔵AUDIENCE - people who will benefit from solving the problem.
🟡SITUATION - factors that are problematic
🔴PRODUCT - the output at the end of every quarter
🟣STANDARD - serves as the basis for scoring the PRODUCT
