Autotrophs
Autrotrophs make their own food

Photosynthesis
Photosynthesis is the process by which plants make their own food using chlorophyll, water, carbon dioxide and sunlight. Carbon di oxide is taken in through stomata which is present in the leaf. Without chlorophyll photosynthesis can not be done. Any part of a plant containing chlorophyll can make food.

Cells
Every living organism is made up of cells. Cells are enclosed by a thin boundary called cell membrane. Most cells have a distinct, centrally located spherical structure called the nucleus. The nucleus is surrounded by a jelly like substance called cytoplasm.
