  • o verbo principal aparece com a terminação ING.

Forma Afirmativa:

  • para formar frases afirmativas, basta colocar o verbo TO BE na forma afirmativa passada. Ao verbo principal, é acrescentado o ING à forma básica.

  • I was, he/she/it was dancing.

  • O verbo principal permanece com a terminação ING e usamos a forma negativa do verbo TO BE no passado.

  • I/he/she/it wasn't (was not) dancing.
