Forma Afirmativa:
para formar frases afirmativas, basta colocar o verbo TO BE na forma afirmativa passada. Ao verbo principal, é acrescentado o ING à forma básica.
I was, he/she/it was dancing.

Forma negativa:
O verbo principal permanece com a terminação ING e usamos a forma negativa do verbo TO BE no passado.
I/he/she/it wasn't (was not) dancing.

Para formar perguntas, basta colocar o verbo TO BE antes do sujeito e repetir o verbo principal com a terminação ING.
