Subject + Helping Verb

I, HE and SHE + am/is (because the subject is singular)

For Example :

I + am become I'm

He + is become He's

She + is become She's

YOU, THEY and WE + are (because the subject is plural unless YOU)

For Example :

You + are become You're

They + are become They're

We + are become We're

Helping Verb + Word + Form of Verb

is + play + (ing) for Example : is playing

are + hit + (ing) for Example : are hitting

am + throw + (ing) for Example : am throwing

How to write the sentences as Present Continuous Tense - Positive

SUBJECT+HELPING VERB+WORD+FORM of VERB+OBJECT

You+are+play+ing+the ball.

= You're playing the ball. / You are playing the ball.

I+am+cook+ing+the chicken.

= I'm cooking the chicken. / I am cooking the chicken.

He+is+watch+ing+television

= He's watching television. / He is watching television.

Negative - Present Continuous Tense

by adding NOT the sentence will become negative sentences.

is playing -> is not playing / isn't playing

are making -> are not making / aren't making
